Abstract

For production of antibeef sera in rabbits, beef serum was found to be a better antigen than meat extract and bone marrow extract. Intramuscular route of administration was better than intraperitoneal due to its safety and simplicity. Rabbits are good for production of antibeef sera in the laboratory.
