Abstract
Ehrlichia canis infection is an important Clinical disease among dogs in Madras. Haematological abnormalities identified frequently in dogs, with E canis infection were anaemia, thrombocytopaenia and monocytosis The serum biochemical abnormalities include increased levels of BUN, serum ALT, AST and globulin.
